I have them here somewhere, in my secretarially-challenged office :-)
There's an upcoming interview with Dave and me on O'Reilly's OnLamp next
week, and I know the citations are listed at the end of the interview.

Slightly more interesting is the fact that daily builds in India are
closer to 100%.
