I wouldn't say it's not important, but to me it always seemed like the
practice to vote "most likely to emerge, given the other practices".
(I had the same reaction with respect to "configuration management"
and XP1E - XP teams usually (always?) do it, but it's not called out
directly; it's sort of a consequence of continuous integration, etc.)
