I can't really bullet point these right now. A little groggy this
morning, but to me, the benefit of fixed iterations is that it forces
decision making. If the team is under or over on an iteration, the
customer has to be involved. It is one thing to understand velocity and
scope adjustment, yet another to concretely encounter them over and over
again. The amount of understanding that business people gain through
that feedback is invaluable my opinion.
