My starting position is that there is only one kind of real inter-story
dependency: the sequential nature of the /stories/ such as the fact that
you can't save an edited file until you have one. (And I even know a way
around that one.)

I believe that for all practical purposes, there are no technical
dependencies between stories. After two stories are programmed, there may
be opportunities for refactoring. And a team that is in full communication
sees these coming, and starts the refactoring early.

I'm interested in what kind of dependencies you're interested in ... and
again, suggest that we'd benefit from the attention of the whole
extremeprogramming group, as this list is about the book.
