When the team is small, and it is difficult to figure out how to break stories down into really small stories [or the customer just doesn't want to do that], moving from one-week iterations to two-week iterations has worked in my experience -- in the sense that more stories are complete at the end of an iteration, and having a story "half-done" doesn't happen as often. ------------------------ Yahoo!
