I do find that it is hard to sync up with my colleagues the next time I see them, because they've not been there for the action, and that I'm a little less responsive to their feedback, because I'm a little more committed to my ideas than if they weren't so finished. But I find it a productive way to work, sometimes, so I do it and try to use good judgment when I do. I'm sure you will do the same.
