All advice, guidelines, rules of thumb, laws, commandments and experience reports (including this email) over the range of people exposed to them have this limitation.

(IOW what message works well, or less well, for some is different than for others)

Its one reason why values and that stuff about 'individuals and their interactions' is what we get on about in our meta-consulting -- until we start sounding like bad actors in kung-fu movies.
