Hi all.
I think that the XP team may be "closed whole team" or "opened whole
team". So: is a specialist, hired for a short period, part of the team
or not? 
The answer can be very different, as regards with particular reality.
May be the most important question is: "is the team enough mature to
collaborate with not-team member?" ...
