CYBERTEL MOVES FORWARD AIMED AT MAJOR NICHE MARKET

"They won't be alone," said Richard Mangiarelli, President and CEO of Cybertel Communications Corporation, commenting on the recent announcements of plans by AT&T, Time Warner and other telecommunications giants to offer phone service over the Internet next year to millions of customers.
Cybertel will be making the same service (Voice Over Internet Protocol) available to two enormous "affinity groups" at a significant discount below the anticipated AT&T, Verizon, Quest and Time Warner rates.

"We have targeted two very special groups because of the intense loyalty inherent in the structure of their organizations -- the tens of millions of members of the military, both past and present, and organized labor," added Mangiarelli. "Our marketing plan is heavily focused on these two special niche market segments to whom we will offer not only more advantageous pricing plans, but also bonus rewards to their organizations for Cybertel usage by their members." He said that Cybertel, founded in l996, was able to do this as a result of its extensive market analysis and R & D efforts devoted to perfecting Cybertel’s VoIP telecommunications service technology, "unencumbered by the costly distractions and heavy overhead that weigh down and slow up the behemoths who are getting into this highly attractive field. It's David and Goliath again, with Cybertel positioned to isolate and hopefully acquire a major share of a phenomenal new growth market."
Cybertel is a fully integrated telecommunications service provider that supplies a wide range of telecommunications services.
