page accounting

Hi

 I don't know why page accounting is not working on my
Solaris box. I followed the README file of Cups 
installation.

  1) I included  /opt/sfw/cups/bin:/opt/sfw/cups/sbin 
to PATH 

  2) Started CUPS Daemon :
/opt/sfw/cups/etc/init.d/cups start

  
  3) $ ps -e | grep cupsd
       8324 ?        0:00 cupsd

  4) Added my network Printer with command
     lpadmin  -p print -E -v socket://202.141.151.11

  5) $ bin/lpstat -v 
     device for print: socket://202.141.151.11:9100/


   $>cat /opt/sfw/cups/var/log/cups/page_log showing
