Cups+Gentoo gnu/liinux+OSX

So I have a gentoo print server setup w/ an Epson Stylus 2200 on usb port 
/dev/usb/lp0

I can print a test page from the CUPS admin webpage; however my main goal is to 
send jobs the the printer from Mac OS X over the network.

MacOSX (10.1.1.83) ====> Gentoo(10.1.1.105) ====> 
Epson_Stylus_Photo_2200(/dev/usb/lp0)

The company that is using this is a design firm and they need to retain as much 
control over the printer as possible.

Also, I dont' know the queue name nor do i know how to get it.  this is my 
first real experience w/ CUPS, Ghostscript, Gimp-print, PRinting in general.
