Patch for cups-1.1.20 to pass REMOTE_HOST to backend

Hi All

I'm planning to use this in a custom backend I'm writing. I've passed the 
hostname as an environment variable, to keep the patch as simple as possible. 
I don't know whether it's useful to anyone else, but here it is anyway.
