Is there a /boot/zImage file? Please send the output of 'ls -l /boot'
from the rootfs.
Matt
Well, it was in the GPE image... here`s the output.
ubuntu@navi:/media/usbdisk$ ls -l boot/
total 1140
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 97 2006-03-30 23:54 labrun
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 1157564 2006-02-14 01:35 zImage
That looks good. Is your ext2 partition really the first partition?
Can you send fdisk output?
Do you have an SD card inserted when trying to boot? If LAB finds an
ext2 partition with a /boot/zImage file it will try to boot that
before trying CF or internal flash.
Matt
No, my sd card was not plugged in the whole time, neither when i
unpacked the image nor in the 2210.
it`s lying on the table.. somewhere
i`m not sure if i`ve done the right thing - fdisk -l ?
