Not that major - I have been using these for a while with nothing that
seriously wrong.

The only times I've had similar were when I was debugging merging in the
pre-emption patch, so isnt really relevent. However, I've not used
GCC 2.95.3. I've been using GCC 3.2.x and binutils 2.12.x. I don't know
how many other people have been using 2.95.3 in OMAP-land? I'm fairly
certain from memory that you need to use GCC v3 to build the bioslink
code anyway.
Have you also looked at your libc version to see if thats an issue?
