No, IIRC, that problem occurs due to missed interrupts. Check your .config
file to see if you have CONFIG_INNOVATOR_MISSED_IRQS=y. If not, make it
so and you should see better performance. Else I'm having a case of brain
rot and can no longer recall those details. Performance seems reasonable
to me with CONFIG_INNOVATOR_MISSED_IRQS=y.
