Another proof of the failure of reformism, when the reformer of the maximum
leader die or is no longer in power, all the reforms will be reversed, the
same case is taking place in Cuba, some sources are talking about using the
same economic tactic as 'communist China", none of those structures they are
not a threat to capitalism, they can be used by the capitalists in order to
do their investment and obtain their profits, even more they are more
protected than others countries with a different economical structures, it
has been proven that there is not difference between state capitalism ( now
it is being called state socialism ) and market capitalism

Subject: [WSM_Forum] Another Failed "Revolution" ??

Nearly four decades after Moamer Kadhafi overthrew Libya's king and imposed
his own brand of "Islamic socialism," his son is calling for an end to the
revolutionary era and an embrace of Western ways.
Kadhafi developed his famous "third way," a mix of capitalism and socialism.
Under it, he takes the strategic with their implementation left to elected
Popular Committees.

But in a nationally televised speech 10 days ago in the Mediterranean
coastal town of Sirte, Kadhafi's son, Seif al-Islam, issued a blistering
indictment of the state of Libyan society and its economy.

He lamented the fact that there was no "people power" in Libya as called for
by the "Green Book" penned by his father 30 years ago. The book, which grew
eventually to three small volumes, spells out the elder Kadhafi's political
ideology.

"Let's stop kidding ourselves that we are living in a paradise, one in which
public sector officials act as though they own the companies they manage,"
Seif said."The beneficiaries of this chaos are a group of state employees
and big wigs united in an unholy alliance resembling a mafia," he said.

Prime Minister , Baghdadi Mahmudi said he had a "new vision for the
development of banks, notably the opening of the sector to private and
foreign banks to boost investments and give a fillip to the country's
economy".

Seif al-Islam called for a "determined pursuit of the privatisation of
enterprises, notably telecoms and banks, and opening the doors to the
installation of foreign banks from next year."
