Harass the Brass or How To Destroy a War or Two

Citizens,

No doubt most people have heard of fragging of officers in Vietnam.  Much 
less is known of the mutiny and sabotage which also occurred in the 
military, including ships brought to a standstill.   The old black cat of 
the Wobblies survives and has the potential to bring an economy to a 
standstill without killing anybody.

With the smokestacks silent, the oil rigs resting, assembly lines no longer 
pumping out shoddy goods for the Walmarts of the world, the economic 
backbone of capitalism can be broken.  Think of all the clean air we shall 
breathe and "debts" that are obliterated.  Smile icon.

circulation.  It can enpower those who no longer believe they should obey 
orders and kill for country or work for a world-wide system destroying our 
planet and our fellow species.
