You cannot engage your enemy until you find that enemy. If you cannot find your opponent, then you are fighting a totally defensive battle. You've lost the initiative, which means you're going to lose the war. So here is a challenge to prove how "elite" you are. Let's see if you guys can hunt down the worm and virus terrorists that cost this nation $7 billion a year in direct costs and lost productivity.
