remove FEMA from the Department of Homeland Security.

New Orleans is 66 days away from the hurricane season and people are still 
living in tents. FEMA has been beleaguered by bureaucracy by those who are 
intentionally wanting a whole city to be lost. FEMA needs to be separated 
to act as first responders in the event of terrorism or natural disaster. 
Today, it cannot.

Please sign this petition in support to help those who've lost so much,
