Aaron, you are probably right. Once or twice I actually thought I saw 
the "latest" in the address bar for a short moment.

However in the web shortcut control dialog I disabled the original 
entry with shortcut qt. Now I also renamed the original shortcut to 
qtorg. And Voila - 

now qt:dialog works!

So there are now 3 questions: (I always start the shortcut control 
dialog from the konqueror search widget, upper right)

1. why is the original disabled entry still interfering but only 
sometimes?

2. when I define a new shortcut it appears as enabled in the shortcut 
list.
Close the shortcut control dialog, reopen it - now the new entry is 
disabled.

3. the shortcut changes are used immediately by konqueror but not by 
krunner. I have to restart krunner
