Zend_Form - setMultiOptions with large arrays

I noticed some performace issue when putting a big array (>80 elements).
Script took 4 sec. to render the form. With empty array, whole page renders
in 2 sec.

I know that select shouldn`t have so many option values. Also autocomplete
exists but if I couldn`t use js and have to display the list of countries
(>200) is it any option for me in Zend_Form_Select or elsewhere in the
Zend_Form module?
