xdebug and access violation errors in Windows Server 2003.: msg#00023

Subject:	xdebug and access violation errors in Windows Server 2003.

I've been experiencing a string of access violation errors with PHP 5.2.1 (and
earlier) for some time and it has been incredibly difficult to nail down the
cause (seems to happen randomly) to even generate a backtrace to submit to the
bug list for PHP. Will xdebug throw an exception to a remote debugger client
when an access violation is encountered with jit enabled?
