You need debugclient 0.8 and make sure you configure the correct port!

I suppose I can, though this will not be high on my to-do list. Please
file a request for this at http://bugs.xdebug.org so that I will not
forget.

If you run X and KDE on cygwin too, then KCachegrind will work fine. I
am not aware of any other visualization tools yet.
