RTFM is a good way how to learn how to locate information. Because when
you work alone with a problem, you will depend on this in order to solve
the problem. Of course everybody first have to step over the learning
threshold level, but before asking questions one is supposed to have done
his home work before asking a question. (And this does not imply preventing
people from asking question about how to do the homework.)
