Apartment for rent! ( I need someone to take over the lease! )

This is a VERY NICE place. Brand new. Free basic cable and highspeed internet 
included in the rent!

I need someone to take over the lease, as I am moving to Seattle before the 
18th of July to start my new job at Amazon.com.

Rent is normally $1215/mo, but with the remaining rental coupons, you'll do 
quite well at $1015/mo. July will be paid for by me, and as my new job starts 
on the 18th, I'll probably be moved out sometime close to the 12th or so.

I'll even throw in $200 in cash to sweeten the deal!

Need a new place to live? Tired of sharing a dump with a room mate? This is a 
really nice 2 Bedroom apartment!

Help a brother out! :)
