as mentioned earlier, i think we could stand to do well from using more
of SF's project tools, especially the bug track and task list.
if anyone has any items for these, or indeed feature request, please
post them. for these tools to be useful developers need to be added to
the SF project - can anyone who does not have an SF account please get
one and let me know so i can add you.

there are many things that folks have requested be improved in seagull -
i think the best way to approach this is to assign subprojects to
developers, taking into account time restrictions, of course.
i know we are more or less doing this at the moment, informally, but i
think the task mgr should be able to help us out.
