Hello?

Hi folks --

Just starting to commit to writing better documentation, and php-doc seems
to be the way to go.

Great installation, very easy. Only problem though:

[11-Nov-2005 16:48:23] PHP Fatal error: Only variables can be passed by
reference in /usr/local/lib/pear/PhpDocumentor/phpDocumentor/Setup.inc.php
on line 627

PHP 5.0.5
PHP-Doc 1.3.0 rc3

While I could try and figure out the problem, here's the problem line:

$this->parse->parse($this->setup->readPhpFile($file, $this->render->quietMode),$file,$base,$this->packages);

Running: phpdoc -f file.inc -t /tmp/foo

And if this is user error, (which is possible) it'd be nice to have an
error message rather than just die... :-)
