PECL-Dev list? The ezmlm used here does not generate a List-Id header,
while the current ezmlm does. It would be great that the List-Id header
could be generated, as RFC 2919 requests:

So that the mail filter can sort the mails based on it.
I believe every version of ezmlm can do it, but that it is just a
setting that needs to changed.
