I am the principal contributors of the ZXID.org project. I am also very active
in Liberty standardization work.
Usually there are some basic prerequisites which should fulfilled before
applying for an account.
These are:
- make yourself known to the list,
- explain in details what are you proposing to add,
- show the source code,
- do not forget to mention the license you're going to use for the code.
After that, if there are no major objections and problems, it makes sense to
apply for an account.
