Then name it peclgen_cairo or whatever you like but not "cairo".

Yes, I'm late with the release of the real binding, but if you have a
clue about Cairo, you would have noticed that it reached its API
stable state only recently, without talking about stability in general
(smgt like a couple of months with the 1.2.x serie). And I'm sorry
that I did not have the time to finalize it while working on other php
part, like for the 5.2.x release.
