next release of PEAR beta rather than alpha?

Hi,

I have not heard any negative feedback about the new features in PEAR
1.5.0a1.  Since I don't plan to change anything in the next release, I
am considering bumping to 1.5.0RC1, state beta.

Are there any objections?  Please answer as soon as possible if you have
concerns.

As a reminder, the major new features are:

1) improved dialogs for post-install scripts, based on the dialogs from
go-pear
2) automatic enabling and removal of extensions from php.ini (requires
php_ini configuration variable to be set)

I will take feedback on this decision until next Sunday, November 19
