I asked if there was pending commits or anything else that should go
in this release (it should not be the case anyway as this is the
"5.2.0" release) and I got the green light from Ilia. Also there is
already a PHP release with this exact code, a PECL release should have
been done at the same time anyway.

Last but not least, I told you that I will release it  as soon the
documentation is updated and the RC6 is out.

I will do it as soon as it is required and the maintainers agree.

Now if you have nothing else to say about filter but blocking us and
bitch me about a long awaited release, please consider to redirect
your criticism to /dev/null or any relevant devices, thank you.
