I don't think you can affirm there is no problem whatsoever. I did not
say there is legal issues in a strict legal point of view, but there
is issues. One of them was partially solved with the 3.01 update.The
update solved this problem as long as the software is available at
http://www.php.net/software/
I do not understand the reason to say that anyone can use the PHP
License without problem, there is issues with many linux distributions
and other 3rd parties.
However, as this extension is going to be available in pecl.php.net,
there is no problem.
