ares binding

Hi, Any objections that I add an lib(c-)ares binding to PECL? http://dev.iworks.at/ext-ares/ There obviously are parsers for A, AAAA and PTR replies only, but there'll probably be more when the project finds a new lead or when I'm looking for some strange diversion. Re: Re: ares binding

I wrote such a binding once for one of my extending PHP talks, but have since lost the code. I for one have no problem with an ares extension going into PECL. I think you already have the karma required? --Wez.
