Extending subversion module

I'm using the svn pecl package, and I'm adding the binding for some more 
svn methods I need (especially the methods of the svn_fs library).
As I'd be glad to contribute to the development, I was wondering which 
could be the best way to proceed. Would you prefer me to send patches as 
soon as I add some binding (so maybe you could give me some hints! :-)) or 
to send just a "final" patch for you to evaluate?
