There wasn't a changelog section and I didn't see in documented in the
package.xml structure docs. But, I looked at a couple other packaged and
have updated the package.xml to include it.
With something like this, should I go ahead and update CVS and upload a new
.tgz? Same Version #? Or just wait until the next code update?
