QFC Not listening to my posted actions: msg#00394

Subject: QFC Not listening to my posted actions

Hi,

I have a single PHP script to handle the creation of my QFController pages.
Based on the variable I pass in to my script I set up different pages to be
in the form.

So action.php?what=personal would set me up a form containing pages for
editing personal information.

Based on the passed in variable I switch() to call the right addPage(),
addAction() code.

My problem is when somebody clicks an action button ('submit' element) QFC
doesn't want to call the associated action code. It just refreshes the page
with no effect.

Is there anything I can check for to see what could be going wrong? The
correct items are appearing in the POST'd data:

$HTTP_POST_VARS:
[what]=account
[Buttons][_qf_account_cancel]=Cancel

Any pointers appreciated.
Regards,
