I mean this: my school is buying a CMS system (not my decision) that 
uses dreamweaver style templates.  This system publishes straight HTML 
to the production server. We're also going to want some pages to have a 
degree of dynamic content.  If I could use the exact same templates 
(ie, without any modifications) that would be great, save me time and 
allow our graphic designer to update the entire site.

Looks nice, but not what I'm looking for.  Sorry, I wasn't clear enough 
initially.
