Re: MDB with MS sql server

If I run the test a second time, the warning and PEAR-Error at the top
disappear ("Starting testcreatedatabase ... Test passed"), it remains only
Failure 1 and Fatal error on mssql_insert_id(). By the way, I will see if I
can correct the nextId function.
