HTML_QuickForm problems

Hi all,

I just started to try and mess with HTML_QuickForm and I am running 
into some problems I was hoping someone here might be able to assist me 
with.
When I try and use this package, I get this error:

Warning: main(HTML/Common.php) [function.main]: failed to create 
stream: No such file or directory in 
/usr/local/lib/php/HTML/QuickForm.php on line 23
Fatal error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening required 
'HTML/Common.php' (include_path='/usr/local/lib/php') in 
/usr/local/lib/php/HTML/QuickForm.php on line 23

Do I need to add something to my php.ini? I am very new to both PHP and 
PEAR
