Feature Request for HTML_Form

Hello all i really had was a rather simple request for the HTML_Form
class.  that is, i feel there should be a method added for a simple row,
not any type of form data but a row with a title and value but with the
value as normal text, incase people ever want to put data that will be
static on the form for the user to be able to see...
