This driver has some problems with binary data, but this depends on COM
extension.

DB_ado is a database independent query interface definition for Microsoft's
ADODB library using PHP's COM extension.
This class allows you to connect to different datasource on a *Windows
OS* only, like MS Access, MS SQL Server, Oracle and other.
Moreover it exists the possibility to use MS Excel spreadsheets and
text files as data source. (go to
