CMS system using PEAR ?

Hi all,

I am looking at building a web based application for a client (quotation,
asset management,etc...).
I would like to use PEAR to give future clients the possibility to use
different backends.
To make things easier and develop faster, I was thinking about using a CMS
system like
phpNUKE, postNUKE, xoops,etc... and basically add my own modules.
The problem is, I cannot find any of those based on PEAR, which I believe
would be an advantage.

Does anybody know or use of a system like this using PEAR ? If not, which
one would you go for ?
