1.4.10RC1, prerelease tests

Hi,

Please test the following pre release:

http://pecl.php.net/~pierre/PEAR-1.4.10RC1.tgz 

There is two new configuration options, download_dir and temp_dir, you
can try to set them and run the installer commands.

Most of the other changes are related to the current open_basedir
issues.

You can also test go-pear using 1.4.10, both in console or web mode. You
need to create the following directory structure:

/yourpeardirectory
|-- go-pear.php
|-- go-pear-bundle
    |-- PEAR-1.4.10RC1.tgz
    `-- PEAR.php

Where PEAR.php comes from the PEAR archive. It is required to use it
only with open_basedir (or ignore the warnings), and only
PEAR-1.4.10RC1 is mandatory, or gopear will fetch 1.4.9 from
pear.php.net.

Use `pear download <pkg_name>` to fetch each single package.
