I'm certainly in for helping out in any way I can.
The work Scott has done is nothing short of phenomenal. I'm not so much
concerned about improving NuSOAP as I am in building the community. I'm
afraid that there are people out there that have no idea what they are
missing!

Re: NuSOAP Rocks !
I think having a new/improved nusoap website is a great idea for
improving the community around this library. I know that when I started
using it, I could have used some better documentation and would have
felt more confident that I could trust this library (that it would work,
that it would be maintained) if there had been a better and more up to
date website. And while I have it working, I only have a surface
knowledge of what nusoap can actually do.
I'd suggest using a basic content management system, like Drupal (as I'm
most familiar with it), so users can create their own pages. You could
probably find volunteers to set it up, and/or administer it. You could
use sourceforge for releases, and the cms for other things.
Bandwidth - would cost around $10/month. You could probably easily pay
for it by donations, or using Google AdSense.
I think centering the community on a forum might be better than an email
list. Forums are better for threaded conversations. Though
transitioning might be a mess - in which case just keep the email list.

I completely agree. The other problem with the mail list is that so
many threads move off-list, intentionally or not. If I can retire the
list, I would be happy to move to a forum.
