Adding header to server response

I'm running a SOAP service.  One of my consumers would like me to add a 
"Host:" header to the outgoing response.  Is that possible?  I looked 
through the source code and saw lots of methods messing with 
outgoing_headers but it doesn't look like that is exposed outside of the 
class.  Then again, I know very little about object oriented programming 
in PHP.
