Please help me on NuSoap

Hello,
      Please excuse me if i sound stupid.I am siddarth and a newbie, I
am trying to construct a complex type using addComplexType().Could you
please tell me as to how to create nested complex types i,e; complex
type in a complex type and generate a wsdl.

For EX:
    <MyExample ........>
      <MyTag>1.0</MyTag>
      <ID>001
          <USER>XXXX</USER>
          <PWD>YYYY</PWD>
      </ID>
    </MyExample>
 

    Now how can i add MyExample using addComplexType().

I have also seen soapval.It does help me in this regard.
But how will i generate wsdl after using soapval...I am only able to
print the output using, 
        print "<xmp>".$obj->serialize()."</xmp>"..but no wsdl file!!!

Also one more query.DOES NuSOAP SUPPORT MIME ATTACHMENTS???


Please help me.I would be grateful if you can answer my queries...
