nusoap.php 1.74

I have just committed nusoap.php 1.74.  As always, there will be some delay 
before the new code is available through anonymous CVS.

The new features are

    o Support for rpc/literal in soapclient.
    o Document style and literal encoding are supported for clients
      not using WSDL (as well as the existing support for WSDL clients).
    o If the $params for soapclient::call is a string instead of an array,
      the string is treated as the XML message to encapsulate in the call.
      The XML should NOT include the SOAP Envelope, SOAP Body, or, for RPC
      calls, the method element.
    o soap_server has a new methodreturnisliteralxml property property.
      If set to true, the return value from a service function is treated
      as an XML string.  As with the client, this string should NOT
      include the SOAP Envelope, SOAP Body or, for RPC calls, the method
      response element.

The bug fixes are

    o Digest authentication now works when parameters are separated by
      ",", as well as when they are separated by ", ".
    o The HTTP transport re-initializes the incoming HTTP header
      array on each call.
