Hari,

the php-general@xxxxxxxxxxxxx is probably appropriate. When the term
"developers" is used in the php list names, it usually refers to those
developing php itself, rather than those developing applications using
php.

I would check the php manual, FAQ and other sources before posting. The
chances are that for php code, others will have come across the problem
you have first. The online manual (http://www.php.net/manual) has user
comments and examples, I've found it very useful.
