Hello everyone,
I have installed postreSQL, apache2 ,php5 and phpPgAdmin on a windows
machine. I cannot get the postgreSQL extension from php to work. I manually
installed php and tested it, then I tried to add the extesion for postgresql
from the ini file by uncommenting extension=php_pgsql.dll I also set the
extesion directory path from the ini file. When i now run the php info
script it doesn't show any of the changes that I made, and if i try to
connect to a database from phppgadmin it gives me the following message
"Your PHP installation does not support PostgreSQL You need to recompile PHP
using the --with-pgsql configure optiones". Any helpful suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
